Your account

During the initial launch, accounts are free and include a 100 MB mailbox. You must be at least 18, verify an existing email address, keep your password secure and provide a recovery address you control. An address is allocated only when mailbox creation succeeds. Launch limits apply: up to 20 verification requests per day for the service, two per connection per day, and an initial capacity of 100 accounts.

Permitted use

Use the service for lawful personal correspondence. Service brands, system roles, administrative names and common lookalikes are reserved and cannot be registered through the public form. Unsolicited bulk email, spam, phishing, fraud, malware, impersonation, harassment, illegal content, automated account creation and resale of accounts are prohibited. We may suspend accounts to investigate abuse or protect other users. Mail sending limits and spam filtering may apply.

Availability and your data

The service is in an initial launch phase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery to every recipient or permanent free availability. Keep independent copies of important messages. We will communicate material service changes when practicable. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights.

Support and closure

Contact support from your verified recovery address for account recovery, abuse reports or account closure. Do not send your password. We may request evidence of account control before making account changes.
