Terms of Use
Accounts and eligibility
BambooEmail is in an initial free launch. A mailbox currently offers 100 MB, subject to technical and fair-use limits. Registration requires an existing verified recovery email, and you must be at least 18. Public registration capacity and verification limits may apply. Accounts are issued only after mailbox creation succeeds.
Acceptable use
Use your account for lawful correspondence. Bulk unsolicited mail, spam, phishing, fraud, malware, impersonation, harassment, unauthorized automation, abuse and resale of accounts are prohibited. The service may enforce sending limits, protect reserved addresses and suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse or protect other users.
Availability and important data
The service is provided during an initial launch. Availability, receipt of messages by every outside provider and permanent free pricing are not guaranteed. Keep independent copies of important messages and documents. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights.
Free browser tools and private PDF Studio
Bamboo Tools and the password-protected PDF Studio are provided as convenience utilities. PDF editing can alter appearance, flatten pages, remove searchable text or change file size; inspect saved documents before use. A visually placed signature is not necessarily a legally qualified electronic signature. Do not rely on file overlays for secure redaction. Files are designed to be processed on your device, but browser libraries can be loaded from content delivery networks.
Security, support and closure
Keep your password private, protect your recovery email and report unauthorized activity. For access recovery, abuse reports, privacy requests and closure, contact support from a verified address. Never share your password. The service may change functionality with reasonable notice where practicable.

Premium plans and one-time prices are currently published for information only; payments are not yet enabled. Users will see complete prices and duration before checkout. Access starts after successful payment confirmation and ends at the time indicated in the purchase confirmation. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
